There's this girl that recently started my work and instantly we got close and started chatting. I then went travelling for almost 6 weeks and messaged each other during this time. I just got back and gone back into work (she's working too) and the whole day my mate was trying it with her. We aren't in a relationship or anything like that so do you think what my friend was doing was wrong. Sometimes it was awkward as there's both me and him chatting to her at once. And whenever we had to do jobs in a group it would always be us 3. She seemed to go with the attention from him but also like the attention from me. Or say when we had to sit on the chairs in a room, there was always this awkward 'is she going to sit next to me, or my friend' situation. To be honest, I don't know if he's been flirting with her since I've been away. I know she hasn't worked much when I was away so there wasn't that many opportunities for him anyway. The thing is, the whole time he knew I really liked her and we've been messaging each other a lot.
Few questions:
Is he doing anything wrong?
Is she at fault?
How do I make her mine?
He seems to be good at flirting with her and getting a bit touchy. I'm a really sociable, confident and extroverted guy but I struggle with this sort of thing. I'm better at just general chats so he's got the upper hand. What can I do to get more personal with her?
