A week ago, my boyfriend and I got had a massive fight and he says it's over (he's gone as far as move the more important stuff out of the flat, so... Take that as you will). He won't reply to any of my messages (other than the brief "This relationship is over. Stop contacting me"), and to be frank, I'm getting sick of typing the damn things. However, come night time, I always get that feeling of "Oh I should have done this..." or "Oh if only I could reconcile that...". It gets to me, and I cave in and type an essay up trying to convince him to talk. Come morning, it's all:

I don't think those messages are helping anyone. I recognise that. I should tattoo it on my forehead or something.
I just wondered if people would be so kind as to either post advice about coping with this feeling of needing closure when a relationship ends, or just post straight up to just deal with it. Just something that so when I check this thread when I'm feeling low, I have a few messages to convince me otherwise.
