I don't get this idea that you have to keep in touch with Ex's. I ask because I have a female friend who constantly asks whether I talk to an ex of nearly 4 years ago now. Didn't go out for long, was only 5 months. We were and still are part of the same friendship group.
She's the only person that asks me this question. I just get irritated with being asked that question and I'm starting to think you have to keep in touch with Ex's. What are people's thoughts?
There's no bad blood. I just don't have anything in common with the girl any more, so no real reason to speak to her. Also, I'm the type of guy that doesn't do small talk i.e hello how're are you garbage.
