Today I had my Brother come to visit me at Uni, he met some of my house mates. One of my house mates was particularly rude to me when he left whilst talking about him.
Me and my Brother have different Fathers and my Brother is mixed raced, I'm white.
When he left my house mate said to me ''how can that be your Brother? is he adopted?''. I don't mind people asking questions it was the way he said it. Even if he was adopted how would that mean I shouldn't think of him as my Brother
.
I can take a joke but this wasn't said in a jokey way, it was quite blunt and rude.
It really annoyed me and me and him had an argument over it and are still not talking. He said I was overreacting.
I don't know, I feel like maybe I am now
