I am feeling very different from they way I did when I wrote "special someone".
While reading the thread about gun controll / writing there I thought of all the people who have the misfortune of living in war-torn countries and unfree countries.
I have been trying to learn more about wars in the last weeks and months and it has dragged me down.
I am lucky because I have never been in a war but I have talked to people about it and I have much fantasy. I can see what they told me in graphic detail... and it makes me tremble... and thinking of how peace and democracy often are not forever makes me feel so afraid.
I wonder what the world our son will grow up in will be like.
... and my husband has issues.
