Is he playing it cool, or is he just playing and not really interested?

I met this guy a week ago and he asked me to go for a coffee last Saturday. We had a good time chatting, and when we went separate ways he said "since I arranged it this time, if you want to see me again just let me know". Yesterday I asked him if he was free at some point this week, and he replied saying "yeah! what about Wednesday?". The thing is, he doesn't really talk much via facebook or texting (I don't know about his friends) and when he reads mine he just takes aaaaaaaaaages to reply, like, when asking him yesterday he read the message and took him 11 hours to reply.

Normally I would think that he was just busy, university lectures and blah blah, but not when I see on facebook's news feed that he has posted a couple of stuff in the past 5 and 3 hours. Which makes me wonder... is he playing it cool or is he just messing around and is not really interested?

I'm just a bit confused and I would like to know other people's input and advice, from both men and female but especially men :o
