He's a friend of a friend, and we've just moved to the same city. I've seen him a handful of times, and he text me (with a flirty hello) asking if I wanted to meet up at the weekend. BUT he's not planned anything (he asked me what I wanted to do). Is it a date, or is he just not that interested in anything more than a casual friendship?
