So i've been seeing this girl, we've been on 10 dates in the last 3 weeks. We really do like each other and I see potential in this one. We said after like 3 dates we wouldn't go with anyone else. And we've also been sleeping together since date 3. I've known her for over a year as we worked together. Basically what I want to know is... after how many dates is it ok to ask her to be my girlfriend without seeming needy and what's the best way to ask?
