| I have observed for a while how my wife acts when she is having her periods and from time to time she is volitile and explosive in her moods. I take this as a 'done deal' as she admits to discomfort during this time. On the other hand it seems to bring out an affectionate girly side to her behaviour that I really like. When her periods cease she reverts to a tough, harsh, stubborn person. Is there an increase in hormones that triggers her 'womanly virtues'? Is there a way to increase these hormones for more of the month. Does food play a factor? | |||
