What's your arm size?

I'd like to know what your arm size is. To measure your arm size, wrap a measuring tape around the thickest part of your arm which is just below the elbow. Alternatively wrap a piece of A4 paper around it, mark the overlap with a pen and then measure it with a ruler. Please post your arm size and height. I have 11 inch arms and I'm 6 foot.
