Very difficult for my boyfriend to make me come

I find it very easy to make myself come through clitoral stimulation, but as soon as my boyfriend is doing anything (oral or fingers) it feels completely different from when I do it myself, and I never really feel anywhere close to coming. I've come three times through oral, but that's over the period of more than a year, and on those occasions it's very much had to be "forced" on my part, and didn't actually feel particularly good. What's more is that often it can be just quite uncomfortable. Particularly oral - often it just feels tickly. If I've touched myself a bit beforehand, his licking can feel "nice" and quite relaxing or soothing (for want of a better word) but still not anywhere near orgasming, even when I'm extremely turned on. Has anyone else had any experience of this? Any way to deal with it, or suggestion as to why this might be the case?
