What is going through this guy's mind?!

Met up with a boy from Jack'd which is a gay dateing app thing. He's extremely hot, I'm not bad but usually he's way out of my league. To make things simpler I'll tell you what happened in steps: 1. We speak on there, we're both 18 and in Sixth Form, he asks if I'm busy and comes and drives to me within half hour. Then we find a nice quiet spot. 2. We speak for about an hour. Turns out we have loads of mutual friends. Spent the whole time bitching about some people, he told me some of the people he'd done stuff with I had no idea was gay/bi etc. 3. Kisses me, we go into the back seat, oral, we finish yada yada. 4. He drives me home. For your info, this guy isn't out at all and was there 100% discrete. 5. I text him afterwards, no reply. 6. I follow him on Twitter, see that he's tweeted since but hasn't followed me back. Considering I could probably "Ruin his life" as he'd told me himself, what is he thinking? Granted he may not want to see me again which wasn't an impression I got when he was kissing me and more, but why would he just ignore me. I'd atleast try and keep the guy sweet so they never went and told all his friends about him etc..
