question for HD spouses with LD partners

Say you are HD, and would like to have sex once (even twice!) a day, and suppose your lower drive spouse would rather have it once a week or less. How would you feel if you found out your LD spouse was getting themselves off, all the while telling you that they don't want sex that often. Is it okay for a spouse to pleasure themselves while also claiming to be LD? (Note that the LD spouse might have various explanations including, but not limited to, calling you a sex maniac, stating that there is no problem, or that they don't want to put that much effort into sex, or that you just have bad timing.)
