Women who don't O during PIV

I had been reading through blogs of other frustrated women and there seems to be both women who enjoy PIV but it's not enough to tip them all the way to O and women who feel nothing during PIV (obviously a penis but it doesn't feel good or bad, just there) Even women with partners who listened to them and tried different things weren't able to make it more than neutral. Like a BJ, the idea of being close and being sexual could be a turn on but actual sensation/feel didn't feel like anything good or bad. One woman said it would be the same if he used her armpit.

I wonder if how PIV feels for you is a 'that's just how your vagina works' thing or something you could improve on or change.


So if you don't O with PIV, does it feel good/bad/neutral? Has it changed with experience, practice and partners?
