I am awaiting to be served by my ex. He just keeps stalling bc he says he needs to get a credit card with a 0% rate to pay it off over time. Though he is the one that wants to move forward so bad.
Meanwhile I don't have any money. I work full-time but make 3x less than him. I don't want a credit card bc frankly I will not be able to pay it off.
I have 2 kids, 6 and 8. Expenses' are quite high now that he stopped paying all the bills except the mortgage.
For the last year I have been buying clothes at a consignment stores. I told him in an argument but he doesn't believe me.
I need money. I can't serve him bc the lawyer says it will look bad on me and he will get the sympathy. But I need the money.
Can I sell stuff in the house with or without his permission?
