I always have the tendency to "crush" on people who I have never spoken to, some are not even that good looking so looks couldn't be the single factor. These crushes normally happen instantaneously and coming on really strong and intense. I will go crazyyyyyy over them for some time (like seriously spent most of my minutes thinking about them no matter what I am doing) and then the emotion fluctuations etc. After quite some time, some takes weeks, some takes months, (it depends on the person i am crushing on) I just woke up one day and realise I don't feel the same way anymore, or maybe not so intense anymore, the feelings turned into more of an admiration. I no longer feel nervous and all butterflies in my stomach when im near them.
*note that throughout the entire course I have never spoken to that person so it couldn't be because I know them and their personality sucks so I lose interest.
Anyone have any theory behind this? I like linking emotions and science together.
Put the internet to work for you.
