My STBXH and I differ on a schedule for our kids during separation and post divorce. He wants to have the kids switch houses every 2 to 3 days. That makes my head spin and I think it won't be good for the kids. I want one week with both kids, one week with just one, switch to the other child, and then both at the other parents house. That means the kids get lots of one on one time with each parent.
Neither sounds perfect, but is there a perfect solution?!?! I'm also open to a simple change from one home to the other for both kids each week.
What have you done? What did you discover worked and what wasn't so good? Why for both? And what do you think of the ideas both of us are proposing?
