A genuine question based around why do some people on dating sites/phone message apps that feel the need to use photographs that aren't of them.
Found someone out for my friend the other day, she sent me a few photographs he sent her claiming it was him. I used the google back search image app to search the images, an hour of countless useless websites, I came across someone's instagram.
This was due to the fact that she was a bit confused by some of the things he said that didn't entirely match what he was saying. Due to her liking how he acted etc she just ignored it until speaking to me about it. (Had similar past experiences). They planned to meet etc.
It was taken from a guy in Florida and the guy using them was in Leeds. Bit creepy and unnecessary.
Felt like a bit like the guy on Catfish after doing this..
