I know these are annoying but just confused and annoyed with myself

right, I never know what what to say to a girl I find cute when out and about. for example, in the bus today i was sat next a girl i thought was cute, but couldn't think of anything to say to a conversation, i just find it so awkward starting conversations with new people, how do i do this without coming off as awkward, and what's some positive body language i should look out for to tell if they want to talk/continue to talk or not?

Im just such an introvert I'm not used to meeting new people all the time and just lack confidence with this just need some help :/
