Hey guys, I'm just wanting your opinion on this situation. I am 20 and currently studying abroad for uni. I'm used to people (EVERYONE) treating me like rubbish, I make a massive effort - and get nothing back.
But the person that this relates to is a nice guy, we get on so well and I consider him my best friend. He's a popular guy, busy guy but he promised to stay in contact whilst I am out here, however it takes 3 weeks for him to reply to one Facebook message (even though he is online and commenting on peoples posts) and he has cancelled Skype on me 5 times now, either shifting it to a next day, or forgetting it.
He is a really good friend, but I'm starting to get a little annoyed. I'm lonely out here, and because another ''friend'' really screwed me over last year too, I am low on confidence and self-esteem and he knows that.
I don't want to moan at him, but should I maybe say something? The difference is a bit awkward at 7 hours and he's busy, but it's still a bit rubbish.
