Would men tend to be attracted to hair like this?

I know I posted a thread about hair before, I feel like im posting loads today but this should be it (for the next few days). Sorry if this seems a daft question. Anyway I know that most guys tend to prefere long hair and on a lot of girls it looks nice as they keep it nice but sometimes it can look dull and slightly unhygenic. Does this bother guys though or are guys (who prefere long hair) happy that it is just long. For example if I was a guy I cant imagine being attracted to this hair (the womans lol) it just looks slightly greasy/too long, but I bet it looks attractive to you men.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AKvNsei1KU again sorry but I had to use a video talking about beer.
