Does he seem to genuinely want me as his girlfriend?

So I got chatting to this guy online last week Tuesday. We swapped numbers on Thursday and we've been texting each other so much . We talk about everything the conversation naturally flows it's not all endless questions. He asks me about my life and family. We're quite open. He's made it clear he's interested and told me many times. He wanted to speak on the phone quickly and I said I might sound nervous. He said it doesn't matter it won't change how I feel about you. He's been so interested. I'm interested in him too my instincts are telling me it's a good thing. We met up at the park on Monday we did originally plan for next Tuesday after I got back from when I went away. He spontaneously asked on Monday and I said yes just because I thought it was better I meet him early to know if we share the connection we do online offline. In person we were so natural and comfortable with each other. We were walking and talking then he's stop to kiss me an d he'd hold me close to his chest and we'd continue talking then a little later he's stop and kiss me again and hold me tight. He held my hand as we were walking. After he was dropping me in his car. On the way he'd hold my hand or touch my hand and rub it. We kiss goodbye at the end and he looked sad when I had to say bye. He texted me right after saying he missed me. We spoke all evening and he said "would you want to be my girlfriend?:" I sais yeah but not know I want to get to know you more. He said yeah obviously that's fine I'm in no rush we can go as slow as you like. Since I've been away we're still talking. We talk pretty much every moment we have free he texts me. He calls me baby, sweetie , darling , hunni quite a bit. He's said stuff like "when you are my girlfriend" so I know he's clearly into me. I do really like him. How soon should I wait before becoming his girlfriend? we're going on our second date Tuesday. Maybe 4/5th date?
