Why is she not attracted to me?

There's this girl that I really like, but she never shows me any attention. I'm known for being good-looking (no i'm not arrogant i've been told I am), would do anything for her e.g. I help her a lot with schoolwork, other things etc. We have a lot of common interests, both want to do the same degree but she always blanks me. She has a boyfriend who is average-looking, and is mates with a bunch of people who she knows fancy her but are ugly. So what is her problem? By the way i'm not arrogant or anything, we just get on very well.
