Boyfriend doing something I don't understand

Over a year and a half ago I caught my boyfriend doing something he shouldn't have been doing. He liked another girl and they cuddled in their underwear as she stayed at his house and he didn't tell me. I was really upset obviously and he promises he'd tell me if he did something like that again, as he didn't the first time. I've caught him texting two other girls since asking them to sleep at his. He sounds really unapologetic and now I'm going to be paranoid and insecure all the time. I hate feeling like this, what do I do? We're long distance by the way. Sorry for the long post!
