hello, today i asked a girl who i really like if she wants to go out for dinner on her birthday which is just over 2 weeks away. i think she likes me, the signs are definitely there, and like i said, i really like her.
i'll be paying for the dinner, but what should i buy her if we aren't actually going out? i was thinking some flowers and a card but it just seems too little, i'd like to buy her some perfume or something but i'm a poor uni student and i'd be scared she doesn't like the smell of it. also where would you recommend going for a nice meal that isn't too expensive, do you think Pizza Express would be okay? i really want to have a nice night out with her at a fancy restuarant but i financially can't :(
sorry for all the questions, but i came out of a 4 year relationship about 2 months ago and i haven't had to go through the 'first date' thing in a while :)
