I found a video on my boyfriends phone of a girl going down on him. At least I think it's him I can't really be sure.
That's definitely the belt I bought him for xmas and those are his work boots, those jeans could be anyones though.

Concerning the video you can't really know since you can't identify the penis, for all you know that could be his friends penis, maybe he borrowed his belt, everyone wears those jeans and boots.
You need to sit down with him and communicate with him about how that video made you feel and have an open honest discussion with him. Trust is the foundation of relationships and if you can't trust him enough to talk about this like grown ups you're doomed anyway. You've already gone a long ways towards breaking that trust by snooping his phone so you have a lot to make up for.
I swear most cheating posts are like this over there.
