Ex issues, need advice!

Hi guys, third year university student here.

Myself and my girlfriend split up in late August, the main reason being that she was moving away to attend a different university and we didn't think we had been together long enough tomaintain a long distance relationship. Since she moved in September, we have kept in contact, chatting briefly over Facebook every few days and we've become really good friends. At the end of September, while drunk, I slept with a mutual friend of ours. Feeling awful about it, I told her about it. She wasn't angry, but told me that she didn't want to talk about it because she still had feelings for me. I admitted that I still had feelings for her too and we didn't speak for a few days. The next time we did speak, it was like nothing had ever happened and it continued on like that up until last week.
While drunk, she told me she missed me and then apologised for it. I told her that it was okay and that I missed her too. Speaking later that night, she told me she wanted to see me when she was back in a few weeks time even though it probably wouldn't do any good and that she hadn't been able to like someone or sleep with someone else because she still liked me. Again, I admitted that I still had feelings for her.
We spoke the next day, neither one of us brought up the conversation from the night before and we haven't spoken about it since, but we have been speaking every day since then.
Last night, she became really upset on a night out and text me. While talking over text she, again, told me she missed me but that there was someone she liked where she is now. I told her that while I missed her too that I would understand if she began something with this other person and that we would remain friends. She replied telling me that she missed me a lot but that I was too far away and asked if she could ring me later that night. We ended speaking for around 20 seconds on the phone, with her only saying that she was now okay and that she'd have to ring me in the morning.
Then around 4 am I woke up to my phone vibrating, a missed call and a text asking if I was awake. I replied and she told me that she'd brought the person back home with her but nothing had happened she had made them leave because she still didn't feel comfortable around people that weren't me. I responded that maybe it would just take some time, she didn't reply.
We spoke briefly about it over the phone this morning but then moved on to other things and we haven't spoken since.

I just don't know what to make of the situation, if I should say something when I see her next week or whether I should just leave it.
