Relationship advice

Hey I just want some advice I've been going out with my girlfriend for just over a year and half and she's from the uni that I go to I'm in my final year and not sure what's going to happen at the end of it but we seem to be arguing more and the relationships getting a bit (clingy no facebook no girl mates etc) maybe I should grow balls and say something but then I'm worried about it ending. thanks :)
