How to overcome jealousy.

So my friend stabbed my back and went after this guy I'm completely crushed over. I stopped talking to her but I live with this guy and I can't help but get jealous everytime his phone goes off. It's been two months but I know they still talk. And I know she's trying to go after him. I can't tell him to stop talking to her but I don't know how I can make it not bother me.
