He does not look at me in the eyes

There is this guy where I work and when he talks to me he does not make eye contact. He will look at my friend when he talks to her but NOT ME! I am starting to wonder if I did anything bad to him but cannot think of anything. Also maybe I have a tired face so that's why? That's quite depressing to be honest specially when I will be with other people and he will look at them but not me. All other staff do look at me when they speak to me.
