Where to find a "pay as you go" friend in London?

Okay so I've got half of tomro off and I dont wanna go home straight away. So might hang out in the park for an hour or 2 but i dont wanna go alone again. I just need a companion/friend for an hour or 2. im 17/female. I live in London, North/Central areas. So where do i find someone who i can just holla at whenever to hang out with me for an hour or so. "pay as you go" seems to be the most appropriate term for it.

i dont have any in real life friends either who i can hang out with at any time.

EDIT: I'm not looking for a prostitute, I'm looking for someone to talk to.
