Met up with this guy and had a first date. He's 23 and I'm 20. He had been texting my quite a bit before, always replied that day even though he texted back hours later (understandable, we're all busy).
First date: Fri
-I paid for 2 drinks and he paid for one. He was a bit upset that I paid first but I said it's the 21st century and I don't feel men should be expected to pay for everything for a women. He seemed ok afterwards.
-We spent 4 hours in a bar chatting/drinking
-He did mention his ex-girlfriend and how he had to change his holiday because he stopped dating her months ago. I felt red flags at this point.. mentioning an ex is a bad sign.
-He walked me back to my car and then we started kissing.. However, we both admitted we enjoyed kissing each other and then he placed his hands down the back of my trousers.. touching my bum. I moved back to give him the message that I wasn't looking for anything casual.
-I got in my car and he said he would text. He text that night to say I was better than he was expecting.
-He went out saturday and sunday and hasn't texted me since that night. He did snapchat me once but that was it.
If he replies, should I just ignore him or should I reply a day, 2 days later. Also, should I ask what he's looking for-- I don't want anything casual and don't want to waste my time. I also don't want to appear as if I'm planning our wedding already.
