Ok. So my mother is friends with a mother of a girl in my A level year anyway said girl rides the same bus everyday and in the past been a bit mistreated by other people In our A level year having her bag torn and thrown to the floor etc.. Anyhow, my mother has asked me to sit next to said girl each day on the bus and maybe at lunch and watch out for her, I know the idea is ridiculous but apparently it is something both my mother and her mother would like to do.. Do I have to speak to the girl or can I just give her a nod and get on with reading my books? Should I ask her how she is or just leave her to her own devices?
