So what happened was:
I'm a fresher.
I want to get free condoms.
I was told that I could only ask for them from my college's welfare representative.
I asked my college's welfare representative for them.
She didn't have time, and didn't know when she would have them.
I asked her from time to time just in case she would have them.
She told me she had them, but the cupboard wasn't ready yet, so she would put some into my pigeon hole.
Over the weekend I got some elsewhere by coincidence, so I messaged her on Facebook telling her that I've got them, thanked her, and said that she didn't need to pige me any in this case.
She wrote back formally asking me to 'stop harassing' her (to stop asking about the condoms).
*Note that till this point she still had yet to give me any and still hadn't told me when they'd be ready.
Is this 'harassment'? I just feel pretty upset as she's the only person responsible for them and harassment, I feel, is a very strong word.
Put the internet to work for you.
