I am 20 and in a relationship, and we both have Facebook like most people do, and both have friends from school and colleges, therefore both males and females.
But back in the summer my boyfriend didn't like that i had boys on my Facebook, even though he had girls on his Facebook. He really made me feel guilty and bad about it.
I would say that isn't fair, you have girls on your Facebook, with his reply but I don't talk to them,
which is silly because i don't talk to the boys i have on my Facebook, he was just making an excuse, while he talks with an American girl on Facebook which i have expressed i don't like, but he takes no notice.
i know this sounds silly, but just as a normal person, i have facebook, in which i only add people i know from school or college e.g. in the same class, and don't talk to them over facebook, i don't use it in a way that isn't honest in a relationship.
but he seems to be so paranoid about it, so in the summer i had enough of him making me feel guilty, so i deleted all the boys off facebook (without him knowing)
however talking from a friend and my mum, i shouldn't have to delete all the boys off my facebook, you are trusting with it.
So yesterday, i added the people i deleted back onto facebook again, and hid the activity from my timeline, otherwise it would cause trouble, i know it is bad to hide it, but if he saw i was added them again, he would be become all paranoid and not like it. So my facebook is back to normal as it was at the beginning of this relationship.
However, this morning, he asked who is this boy? (a friend i re-added)
so i replied he was in a class at college,
Since when have you been friends with him?
i said i added him yesterday,
and he went shouting at me saying, shut up ,
so i said you have girls from college and school on your facebook,
he replied shouting 'OKAY FINE!!' and from that moment he hasn't been talking to me all morning.
why is he being like this?
and how the hell did he find out if i hid the activity on my timeline, and the boy i re-added hasn't liked or commented anything?
how did my boyfriend see in anyway that he is a friend now on facebook?
and he doesn't have my password either.
i know this is silly, and if it jsut causes more trouble, i will just delete my facebook, but then i think then he is getting what he wants, no interaction with my friends, because he hates anything i do, such as liking a picture of a female singer (not male) and of a picture, saying other people can see you are liking it.
Why is he being like this?
and how did he find out, when it is hidden? (this part is starting to scare me)
