My ex keeps giving me mixed signals ... He ended things when we returned to uni this time after 2 years together ... Said it had become too intense for him and he felt suffocated.
he said maybe we would get back one day and stay friends for now. We were going to meet at Xmas ? However he never contacted me again initially until he noticed other guys were taking an interest in me. He is now heartbroken he is telling my friends and really down in the dumps
We have since done a lot of arguing over text about this , he won't give me a straight answer just talks in riddles . If I knew he definitely wanted me back i would wait for him but he just says he needs time but then surely he can't get cross when other guys speak to me. He's agreed to meet with me next weekend so we can talk things through . Should I give him a time limited ultimatum to decide what he wants ? Is that unreasonable ? I know there's no one else btw but I don't want to be kept dangling indefinitely
