This is such a lame post hence the anon.
It's my birthday in a couple of weeks and tbh I hadn't thought about it much. I never really make a big deal of it and hate throwing parties as I feel uncomfortable being the centre of attention plus I have very few friends (even less now I'm not at uni).
I was casually talking about it with my boyfriend the other day and he said 'don't worry about that, I'm sorting it out'. I'm so worried as his friend and I organised a surprise for his a few months back and he loves throwing parties too. I'm just paranoid he's gonna organise something and either no one will turn up or he will have to scrape the barrel for people I don't really even like.
I can't bring it up because it's something he obviously wants to do, plus how presumptuous does it sound to just assume he's throwing me a party! Haha.
What can I do? There's only a couple of weeks left. Should I say something to my friends?
