There are these two best friends that I think fancy/fancied me. I see them everyday at the library. Sometimes they act shy, sometimes they pretend like I don't exist and sometimes they walk past me.
Last year, one of the best friends kissed me on the cheeks during a party (but I wasn't the only one she did this to) - this was at the end of the final term.
When I saw her again during the beginning of the last academic year's first term, she ignored me again. She wouldn't even say hi to me.
During the end of last year's final term, the other girl spoke to me for the first time ever (after nearly two years of seeing me around). She also kissed me on the cheeks (but she does this with nearly everyone).
I saw this girl again, yesterday, and when I smiled at her she gave me a blank stare.
What gives?
