Since I spilt up with my ex I have this strong bitterness and hate towards her slowly building up inside me it's confusing me As I've never had this mix of emotions before. I spilt up with her an am not interested in her in anyway I've been with other girls while at university however at the back of my mind I have all this hate and bitterness about her. Has anyone else ever felt like this and how did you deal with it because I'm not normally like this and hate feeling like this.
