Hey, last night I took this girl out and it was a great laugh, both enjoyed ourselves- only thing was it lasted 1.45 including a bit of a car journey- too short?
There were no awkward moments, conversation was always flowing, both of us really enjoyed it, she was texting me in the lead up, were singing along to the radio, etc, etc...but I came away feeling like it was a bit short (but sweet!).
I did suggest on the way back we could stop for a quick drink- I already knew this was a long shot as I knew we started the date earlier and squeezed it in (only time we were free for a while) as she had to finish this essay and get up at 5am- however she said she'd love to but she had to get back. She said we should do it 'next time'.
When I dropped her off, she lingered in the car for a bit, said she had a really great time and looked forward to seeing me soon-
Has it gone well? Too soon to tell?
Also when should I arrange a second date ( and what to do!).
