Only for a mate like.. yeah.
To keep it simple:
- goes on night out for mates birthday.
- girl who he's fancied for a while is there too, and she admits that she fancies him.
- she's sort of recently come out of a long-term relationship.
- end up spending most of the night together, having a laugh and having a great night in general.
- end up during the night arranging plans to see each other again soon before he goes back to uni.
- end up sleeping together that night.
- end up texting each other afterwards for ages about **** and how they both look forward too seeing each other again.
BUT, she discovers from a snide source about the amount of girls he's slept with. Therefore makes an assumption 'on what he's probably really like'. Whilst slightly gutted and feeling misunderstood, this also give him the impression that she may slightly have gone off him, but after charming efforts of justification it appears that it was just a blip and that she still really likes him and wants to meet up and ****.
Back to square one, he's happy to see this girl. But he isn't sure about going back to his happy life at uni but having a girl he's seeing back at home to think about, despite him being home fairly regularly and that she'll be visiting at some point. Also he doesn't want to run the risk of "getting hurt" again.
So yeah, what should my mate do?
