This really cute girl who I had my eyes on after she made a teasing comment when I was hanging out with a mutual friend. She has no classes with me but I know for sure that she likes the same music as me and I wanna get to know her. I have confidence because I can easily pick up girls in the street, but in college I just don't feel like I can. My plan is to go up to her tomorrow and say hey and make a remark about the comment she made. Then I'll say "I know this isn't a British thing (I'm American in London) and this is kinda forward but I think you're really cute, I wanna get to know you, so we should hang out some time." Should I stick with that or should I do something else? Also she's British and they tend to be a bit less sociable and open as Americans so I'm a bit skeptical.
