DC Ciruit Ends Net Neutrality

Last week, in a barely covered decision, the DC Circuit Court struck down the FCC's internet neutrality rule. The rule required wired broadband providers to treat all content providers equally. Without the rule, the concern is that ISP's could start charging for bandwidth ie access.
