How can I stop feeling so worthless about myself even though I'm told I'm 'handsome'

I am apparently a handsome guy and generally the ladies do flirt with me. Yet I am still a virgin at 21 years old cos of my deep insecurity about my penis size. It measures about 4.5 inches erect and it is ruining my self esteem. I just feel anxious all the time and I struggle to be myself around people cos of it. It just makes me feel inferior. I would say I am quite an intelligent guy and I do have my moments when I can be witty and charming. Most guys assume I am a ladies man but that couldn't be further from the truth.



I would much rather be an average joe with a bigger penis than this so called handsome but insecure virgin. Thanks
