So, I was in relationship with this one guy and we broke up afterwards, but decided to stay friends. However, I realised he now pretty much always leaves the conversation whenever we chat, acts like he doesn't care, isn't being open when I ask him ''How are you?'' etc. He just would say ''Good/bad'' and leave it hanging there. Before he used to tell more rather than give short, snappy replies. He also started saying 'lol' at the end of every of his sentences, even when the subject I bring up is meant to be serious. But the dilemma I have is that he was the one who offered to be friends. Why did he propose to remain being friends when now he is acting so conservatively? Also, what should I do?
