| I've known my boyfriend for almost 7 years and we've been together 6 months. I've loved him for a long time and when we confessed these feelings a relationship began. Everything is currently great and we live about a ten minute walk away from each other and see each other 2/3 times a week, Today he confessed he was concerned about us lasting when I move away for University, it will be a half hour train ride to get to where I will be living in halls. About 45 minutes instead of the usual 10, but we discussed it and I reassured him about it and he felt better and said him staying over with me and me staying at his will make it better as we'll be spending more time together then. I just found out my Uni has a policy where you can have two overnight guests twice in the term or something like that and i'm starting to worry about the safety of my relationship. I would do anything to make this work, I love him and I know it's reciprocal. I just don't want it to become too overpowering that we have to leave it? TL/DR : I worry that moving away to uni and being separate from my boyfriend will cause problems between us and wondered if anyone had advice or has experienced the same issue and it's worked out okay for them? | |||
