| Please help me: husband is offering to pay the rest of the mortgage that is 340.000 (He will continue o pay monthly payments per 10 years). Instead of paying Child support and spousal support which will total 290.000) I am buying him out 140000, which I don't have how to pay him. So I think he wants to pay the house so at the end of 10 years, when I sell the house for more price, I will be able to pay him 140.000 back.
