Why aren't their more women in Sales....?

There aren't any? have you seen woman stockbroker? woman telesales? is their a reason why. I thought they'd be good since they're great at asking for others peoples money, some in fact r very money obsessed. Like dating the man on their road for handbags and shoes with heels :S I see many women motivated by money but generally by taking it off men. Not earning it in sales roles which are nearly all men?
