NEED RELATIONSHIP HELP ASAP!!! Asking a girl out

Hi TSR users! I really need some help with a relationship with this girl that I have liked for about 3 months. I'm going to start from the beginning, at first we were just friends, and then we both signed up for the Duke of Edinburgh award, we both then went on the expedition together and had an amazing time, she says to me that I know the same amount about her as her best friend and we both really trust each other, so much to the point where we are telling each other every single things about each other. 2 weeks ago I told her everything, including how I have felt about her and how I feel about her, she says she didn't like me enough to say yes to me, and now I'm lost. Her 2 best friends tell me everything that she says about me, and one of her friends tells me that if I ask her out, she said that she would say yes, and tomorrow we are all going shopping and I'm wondering if I should finally pop the question to her, her 2 friends are telling me t o go for it and I think I am going to, the only issue is that we are going shopping in 12 hours. Please give me some advice on what to say to her, her friends are ditching us 2 so we can be alone. And finally, we are both really shy, I would ask her but I never get alone time with her, I was supposed to ask last night but we didn't get to be alone at any point, so I couldn't ask. In all honesty, I tell her every night about how I feel towards her, how I compliment her gorgeous looks and personality and her friends say that she loves it, and she always tells me how I am the best boyshe has ever known.
