My friend just told me that she loves me - but I don't love her

Basically, my bi friend just told me that she loves me, but I'm straight and don't like her in that way - she's like a little sister who I feel protective of. I've suspected that she may have a crush on me, but I haven't done anything to support it, I've just been my usual friendly self. How do I tell her that I don't like her like that without hurting her feelings?? I've only known her a year, but she's very sensitive and hasn't had the best year, to put it mildly... Please help!
